Analysis, Planning & Design

The first step in the process is a preliminary needs analysis. During the first meeting, our goal is to determine your organization's primary needs. At the end of this process, if we agree that there is a fit, we can then proceed with the detailed analysis.

During the detailed analysis step, we move deeper into your specific needs and your specific organizational functions. During this phase, we identify areas of your business that can be improved. We look for realistic ways to help your business reduce costs, increase sales, increase performance and increase profits. From this investigative process, we can develop some basic solution plans for you to consider.

Configuration & Build

During the configuration and build phase, we setup all of your business rules and develop the custom functions that you require to meet your business needs. We also begin the process to convert your current business data to the new solution.

These items are configured on your implementation system at our offices. You can review these items as they are added to make sure they meet your specifications.

Implementation

During the implementation phase, Exerve will setup your new system, complete the data conversion and prepare your system for "pre-go-live testing." This is an important step to make sure that everything is ready to go. Exerve will also begin to train key operational employees on your solution.

Go Live

This phase brings your new business management solution online. Additional training will be provided for team members and any adjustments will be made to ensure a long term fit for your business.
