Exerve & The Excellence Series

Earlier this week, Exerve held its first User Meeting at the Ashford Club. We appreciate everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to spend the day with us. The popular opinion was that the time was very well spent.

The User Meeting was an excellent opportunity for our clients to get together, learn about hidden and new features in the Excellence Series and share personal business successes about how Exerve and the Excellence Series work for them.

Topics covered included Hidden Gems in the Excellence Series, the new TaskWise module, Order Management, NetLink e-Business, Bar-Coding and other integrated solutions.

The star of the show was TaskWise. TaskWise includes Relationship Management, Tasks and To-Do's, Information Management, automated System Alerts and Business Exceptions - all fully integrated with the Excellence Series.

Everybody remarked that the User Meeting was a great help. Most left with 3 or 4 pages of notes to talk over later. Another point gleaned from the very positive after meeting surveys was to have these types of meetings more often. We are planning another user meeting in October; we will let you know more as we get closer.
