Easily Track Consignments, Show Guns and Test & Evaluations – You can easily track firearms that are on consignment for display at gun shows, and then bring the firearms back into active stock. For law enforcement sales, we also handle tracking guns on consignment for a test and evaluation period.

Secured, Bound Book – As serial number transactions occur, they are captured in a secured, automated Bound Book and are available for inquiry or reporting. However, while your employees can view Bound Book transaction activity, it is secure and they cannot change it.

Variances / Assemblies – For dealers that require assembly, (adding a magazine, a clip, a holster, etc.) a simple assembly is available.

Bound Book for Service – A separate automated Service Bound Book is available for your Service Department to track a serial number when a firearm is taken in for service or repair and when the firearm is returned to the owner.

Ammunition Lot Tracking – When required, you can easily track, inquire and report on lot numbers for ammunition.
